Visited today and received some great impartial advice on components. Would recommend.
Bought a wahoo mini. Within a few weeks the unit didn't work. Would not refund had to call wahoo on Monday and get back to me, bit rubbish. Should have at least offered me new device or refund on the spot. Didn't call me on Monday I had to call them on Tuesday. After a bit of blaming wahoo for not getting back to them they did eventually agree to refund. So did they right thing in the end but it would have been nice if they did they right thing straight away.

Excellent service, knowledgeable people working here who are very willing to help. Good selection of bikes and accessories, quick workshop turnaround. My favourite bike shop by far.
Great shop. Nice range of Frog bikes. And even better they v kindly gave me a tiny cool break lever for my daughters bike! Thanks!

Incredible experience . I brought my bike in to fix the gears and a buckled wheel. I also left my wife’s bike while we waited. Jake not only fixed my bike, but also noticed other faults that needed fixing (we recently shipped our bikes from the US), but he also checked through my wife’s bike, tightening the steering column etc. - all at no extra cost. I could not recommend Jake and everyone at Julian House high enough.
Very helpful, friendly and profesional staff. My bike was not only serviced but I also received a masterclass on how to repair the bike myself. Excellent place 100% recommended

Tom is always very friendly and helpful. Have used numerous times and always does a great job. Recently had a problem with the shifter on my MTB, he sourced a replacement at the same price as online, was delivered the next day + fitted and re-indexed the brakes for an extremely reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.
This was a really useful beginner bike maintenance course. It's only a short course but we covered the basics well - Tyre change, brake and gear adjustment - and there was time for questions. Hands on and informative.
