Good friendly pub with a great atmosphere. Especially when bath are playing at home. Drinks are a bit steeper in terms of price, staff are friendly.
Bubbly ambient. Nice beers

Brilliant bar and restaurant. Is a very large pub, with two outside seating areas which both have good views. There is the outside seating area looking over the shopping centre and courtyard and theres the other outside seating area which is more spacious over looking the river. They have an open kitchen which is always my preference, the food menu and chefs are very good. Service here is very friendly and I always have a good time when going there. Seating is comfortable and they cater for people wanting food or people who just want a casual drink.
Holding a prominent position in Baths food quarter, Graze has a magnificent outlook over the Sister area of Bath on one side and the train station on the other. The place has a nice vibe and it's a great place to cool out with friends wether you're eating or not. The menu offers some great choices but is on the more expensive side. In the two times I have eaten here I've been impressed with the food and service. The staff are efficient and friendly. The bar area can get extremely busy from mid evening onwards but it all adds to the vibrancy of the place and you can usually get served quickly even if you can't get a seat! Highly recommended if you're visiting Bath or just looking for somewhere to hang out with friends.

The Dark Horse is a nice surprise to come across on the square. I've been with large and small groups and I've always had a nice time. There is obviously a good selection of cocktails and other alcoholic drinks. The staff are attentive but not invasive, who are happy to brainstorm a drink but then leave you to get on with it.
From bouncer to barman, it's been a fantastic experience. They have a breadth of knowledge and friendly faces; a mix hard to find. I would 100% recommend a visit to this place!
Old Police Station, Orange Grove, Bath BA1 1LP, UK – 01225 461199
Popular well located restaurant in Orange Grove by Bath Abbey. Good menu and attentive staff. Good outdoor seating area. We choose fish and chips, first class with tasty fish with light batter. Trendy decor and mezzanine eating area. Highly recommended.
Very nice lunch and good service. Lovely waitress as well.
24 Milsom St, Bath BA1 1DG, UK – 01225 750120
Absolutely amazing sea food. We had the oysters, mixed seafood grill and the salmon fillet. All cooked to perfection. Drinks were great. Couldn’t talk this place up more if we tried. Pricey but you get what you pay for :)
If you are looking for excellent seafood at an affordable price, this is the place. I had the cream and white wine oysters as a starter and they were excellent; perfectly cooked, very fresh and tasty. For the main dish I ordered the seafood tagliatelle and was completely satisfied by it. I have nothing to say against the service. The waiter was very polite and professional. I liked the open kitchen as it assures you there is no funny business in it. (Worked in kitchens and have seen many things.)
1 Barton St, Bath BA1 1HG, UK – 01225 420119
Food is reliably good, but I think the menu is fairly limited.
As someone who needs gluten-free options, Pizza Express is hard to beat. This one is very friendly with fast service, and the food was great.
1-2 New St, Bath BA1 2AF, UK – 01225 466377
Really fantastic food and impressively fast service. We ordered duck, tofu, beef and shredded chicken, all excellent. Service was mostly good apart from a waiter who was clearly new so I won't let him affect the score or review. I have very few complaints other than a few small comments. The menus need re-printing. Get on that ASAP before the really start looking unprofessional. They're not quite there yet. Pricing was reasonable and the menu was easy to understand. The pudding menu could be improved by including more dishes that are available. Two attempts were made at ordering desert but the staff are lovely and helpful so it doesn't matter. Lovely fish tank too, even if they look a bit like they need an air pump in there (they're bunched up and not very active.) Overall, a great experience and I wish I could go more often.
Fantastic Chinese cuisine - excellent value and service. We have often walked past but we have never stopped at this restaurant. How glad we are that we stopped by today after a trip to the spa and a check of the reviews on Google Maps. We are very happy to recommend Peking Restaurant to anyone looking for tasty and good value Chinese cuisine. Enjoy!
25 Widcombe Parade, Bath BA2 4LD, UK – 01225 446020
Best Chinese food in Bath!! The chili pork and curry beef was very authentic and flavorful. Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves Chinese food.
Absolutely loved it. We will definitely be going back. Not greasy and very tasty

Visited and orderex from Fortune Coolie on Christmas Eve night and the food was fabulous. The sweet and sour chicken balls are chicken fillets and a huge portion. The Roast Pork rice was cooked without egg for me and the Four Seasons dish were well cooked and not greasy. The chow mein roll is a meal in itself and the chicken spring rolls were tasty. We would come back and order again and it has moved to the #1 spot for us as we drive thru Bath from Gloucester to Poole.
Good value, tasty Chinese food.

I Honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else for my Indian. Never been served by such friendly and kind people. The customer service is without fault. The food is amazing and they will Taylor any dish to whatever spice needs you may have ❤️ Would recommend to anyone and everyone
Always a great meal. Come here regularly. The staff are wonderful and food excellent. Would recommend the place every time.

We popped in after seeing all the great reviews this tiny little place received. The portion sizes were really big and the food was prepared as we waited, so it was deliciously warm and fresh. We had the falafel and onion wraps and thoroughly enjoyed the combination of ingredients and the spices used. If I lived in Bath I’d visit every day, as one of the other clients told me he does. Do be aware that there’s nowhere to sit here, so this is a take out restaurant not a place for a nice date or something. But if you’re looking for something to munch while you roam the streets of Bath then you’ve found the best place!
This place was fantastic! As someone who lives here, I will frequent this place! So many spice flavours without being too hot at all. The samosas were to die for and they do an amazing onion bhaji wrap. Currently £6 for an onion bhaji wrap and a samosa. £4 for gluten free curry and rice. Tiny place full of charm with lovely conversational staff. Not a long wait (although the queue will go out the door if it is more than two people! This is a prime example of some of the best street food in Britain!
9-10 High St, Bath BA1 5AQ, UK – 01225 464631
Absolutely superb. One of the best curries we have had, if not the best. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend.
It is an absolute favourite of mine in Bath. I make sure I go there every time I visit Bath. It’s the ideal place for an Indian vegetarian. For the first time in the UK, I don’t have to worry about food contamination since I’m a vegetarian. As for the taste, they serve authentic Indian food in an absolutely affordable price. I hope it gets more business and does well. Cheers!

Delightful experience at Sotto Sotto. They were able to fit us in on short notice and asked on the phone if we were coming for a special occasion. We happened to be adventuring in the UK for an anniversary trip and Sotto Sotto welcomed us so warmly. They kindly took our coats, greeted us at the table with a handwritten wax-sealed note from the restaurant, made great recommendations on dishes and drinks we were considering, provided exceptional service throughout the meal, inspired a smile with their Happy Anniversary note on our dessert, and surprised us again with complimentary anniversary shots to send us off. Thank you Sotto Sotto. Your restaurant is lovely. Your team is great. Special thanks to Simone.
Fully deserved 5 stars. This is the best Italian restaurant in the UK. The atmosphere is great, whether you go in a couple or in a group of friends / family. The food is just heavenly. The service is top-notch. And prices are reasonable compared to lower-quality high-end Italian restaurants elsewhere. It is very popular. You need to make a booking a month in advance!
6-7 Brunel Square, Bath BA1 1SX, UK – 01225 310222
Nice atmosphere. Staff were quick and friendly. Pizza was cooked well.
Terrible rude, dismissive & bad mannered service from all staff except a lovely Romanian lady called Stephana who was a real asset & shone in contrast to the other "misery guts". Coming a few minutes early to our booked table we were ignored then dismissed very rudely when questioned by staff, not offered to get a drink at the bar and treated like "a pain in the butt" so maybe the staff are overworked and under paid to be so wooden to pit it politely. HOWEVER the food was very tasty and the setting very cosy if a bit noisy. So three stars for food only, shame they let that down with badly trained staff.
8-9 George St, Bath BA1 2EH, UK – 01225 460818
We had a lovely meal and it arrived quickly although we didn't feel rushed at all. The staff are always happy polite and busy you just feel very comfortable there. I always feel it's very noisy and that is my only criticism. I think the diners try to shout over each other and it becomes uncomfortable at times. It's not easy to have a quiet conversation with your party or partner. Everything else is brilliant. Doesn't stop your enjoyment of very fine cuisine.
What a superb place. The food is absolutely wonderful, I've been here a few times and an yet to have something which is less than exceptional. The staff are welcoming, attentive and extremely friendly - qualities which I think are becoming harder and harder to find in restaurants. If you are looking for a place for food whether it's date night or a night with a group of friends you cannot go wrong at Martini's. Highly recommended

Great atmosphere and staff. Kind and very charming people, perfect for lunch and dinner
A really outstanding meal. Every course brought good surprises. The wine selection is good, and our wine was excellent.

Absolutely delicious food and really good service! The actual restaurant is lovely as well. Will definitely visit again when I’m next in Bath
Discovered this place by accident and so glade I did. Amazingly flavoursome food in a cosy venue. Loved picking at the different dishes on offer. I really wish this was in London! A must if visiting Bath!
5-6 Saw Cl, Bath BA1 1EN, UK – 01225 312341
Classy and the food looked amazing, we just missed the kitchen, cocktails were spot on though. Comfy and cosy with good vibes and a knowledgeable barman. Music was great. Not a budget option though. Would have loved to have tried the cheese and charcuterie boards...
Professional, friendly & quick service. Cocktails are fantastic and well worth the money. Food is great quality.
9 Manvers St, Bath BA1 1JQ, UK – 01225 464451
So, after attending an evening at the Earl and moving onto the Second Bridge nightclub I had a great time, until the end when I couldn't find my ticket and had to leave my coat there. After returning almost two weeks later, Eden (The staff member) took a calm and professional approach to helping me find my coat in which she did, so thank you Eden, I will be returning soon!
3 Queen St, Bath BA1 1HE, UK – 01225 462457
Love it in there. The fact you have to fight for a table goes to show how popular this places is. The staff are lovely and knowledgeable, drinks are pricey but more than worth it for the experience. I managed to knock my freshly made double brockmans all over myself, before I knew it somebody was cleaning around the table and the bar staff were so sympathetic when my friend went up to order my replacement, it was free of charge! All round cracking place.
So much fun. Bar staff are hilarious, really make it a brilliant atmosphere. Amazing to have so much Gin choice and the staff are very knowledgeable and so are happy to make recommendations. Was good to have booked before hand as this meant we had a seat. Cocktails were delicious and included great finishing touches including burnt rosemary and rose petals. A must see place if you are visiting Bath and a fan of Gin!
