1 Old King St, Bath BA1 2JW, UK – 01225 469259
Huge pub in a (somewhat controversially) converted auction house. Great roof terrace with interesting views across the Bath rooftops. Obviously, they serve Hall and Woodhouse beers, which I'm a fan of (H&W is a brewery with a couple of hundred pubs, but as far as I know this is the only one that is just named after the brewery). The food in the first floor restaurant is good too.
Dog friendly and went with my 10month old baby had there delicious king prawns (one more slice of sour bread needed to soak up juicy garlic sauce) highly recommended everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Baby menu and facilities too. Couldn't be happier!
3 John St, Bath BA1 2JL, UK – 01225 428889
Delicious food and well kept beer. Very friendly and welcoming staff.
Once part of the Bath Ales stable, has now been absorbed by St Austell brewery Cornwall. Other than some new beers on the pumps, nothing noticeable has changed. Sally, the 'head girl' here, has very good customer relation skills
5–6, Edgar Buildings, George Street, Bath BA1 2EE, UK – 01225 789050
Nice cosy pub. Clean and tidy. Good drinks. Not a bad selection of food. Reasonable price.
Spotlessly clean, lovely seating areas, with a different feel to different parts of the restaurant, including cozy lounge area, and outside seating. Food was very good, lots of choice, reasonably priced. Excellent location , walking distance to all popular sights in Bath.
17 Kingsmead Square, Bath BA1 2AE, UK – 01225 445253
Great food and lovely service. Could do with a mix up with deco but apart from that amazing 5 stars
Looks can be deceiving! Continue to deliver great food here, not only is the food quality pretty high but the portion sizes are decent so you definitely won't go hungry. Would highly recommend for a low key dinner to please your taste buds!
Beau Nash House, Saw Close, Bath BA1 1EU, UK – 01225 330030
Very Italian like decoration, friendly staff and helpful when asked for wine and food recommendations. Pizza could not be improved as it truly tastes Italian. Quite atmosphere with Italian music in the background. No over priced. It was a perfect option for a late dinner, making us feel not in much trouble although we arrived after 9:00pm.
Great welcoming staff , the guy in the door very professional and gentle which gives very good impression. The staff are very friendly and warm we been served by odilia she's absolutely excellent , the food so delicious and made properly as I ordered.. the prices a little high. I highly recommend it 👍

Three of us met for lunch in the rear courtyard. It was, all round, a very cheery experience. The circumstance was relaxing, the service charming, and the food delicious. Thank you.
We had a fantastic meal here whilst visiting Bath. Strong fresh flavours, all amazingly presented, I couldn't fault anything at all. The lamb shank was amazing and the meat just fell off the bone. The desserts we had (the warm chocolate tart & Eton Mess) were both to die for! Lovely intimate environment and excellent efficient, pleasant and non intrusive service. The chef came out to chat (not sure if it was Henry?) which was a nice end to a fabulous evening. We were amazed to hear it's only been open 4 months. Will definitely come back here next time we're in Bath, and highly recommend this place. Amazing!
1-2 New St, Bath BA1 2AF, UK – 01225 466377
Very small restaurant so make sure you book if you want to guarantee a table. Food tasty with good portions. We had the set menu 1 - mixed starters, duck and pancakes, choice of 3 main dishes - which is such a good idea, special fried rice. Really worth visiting.
Best chinese i've ever been to, we had menu 1 and it was delicious!
25 Widcombe Parade, Bath BA2 4LD, UK – 01225 446020
Hon Fusion is the best Chinese restaurant in the Bath, even better than the restaurant in the China town!!!! Every food on the menu is fabulous!!! Recommended for everyone!!! 一家放在国内也不会差的餐厅！
Got takeaway from here - good food, nicely seasoned and not greasy - will come again!
23 Bathwick St, Bath BA2 6NY, UK – 01225 420006
We were looking for something to eat as it was quite late. We saw the sign from the street and saw it was Chinese and decided to give it a try as the reviews were positive. They were friendly despite the late hour and food was delivered quickly and freshly cooked. The portions were a very decent size and the food was excellent. The food seems to be very authentic and you should be careful when ordering. We ordered two dishes and the mandarin beef was fantastic. The other dish was also fresh but unfortunately not too my taste but it smelled good and looked amazing.
This is not a pub. Amazing Chinese restaurant serving Szechuan and Northwest Chinese dishes. 6 stars if Google permitted 🙂
8A Quiet St, Bath BA1 2JS, UK – 01225 422323
I went to bath and searched up a Indian restaurant. This came up and I took the family there, we arrived and was plesently sat down. The food was really good and I really enjoyed everything. My wife enjoyed her food and we could not fault anything. My daughter was looked after by the staff. I would recommend this place to anyone. P.s the restaurant is a beautiful place to dine.
Waiters need to be trained they are pleasent however. There choice of words to describe dishes could be improved. Example instead of using the words cheap dishes for describing meal options they could say inexpensive. Better decriptions needed for understanding there menu options. Overall okay restaurant.
9-10 High St, Bath BA1 5AQ, UK – 01225 464631
On entering, me and my boyfriend realised we had come into a vegetarian restaurant (something we would never usually chose). We decided to stay, and I'm glad we did. As we never eat veggie, we asked the waiter for recommendations. He gave us personalised recommendations based on what we like, and he got it spot on! The food was fantastic, the service was quick and friendly. We sat at a window table overlooking the Abbey. Thoroughly recommend, whether you are veggie or not!
Fantastic food! It's so full of flavors, really enjoyed it. I had the Grand Thali that contains little bit of everything. You will be so full after it. Very friendly staff too, love a little bit of chit chat.
Buildings, 2 Lambridge Pl, Bath BA1 6RS, UK – 01225 684030
We keep coming back because the food and service is excellent.
If you choose the best dishes the food is excellent. Some choices are a bit bland though.
39 Gay St, Bath BA1 2NT, UK – 01225 427919
Celebrated my birthday here with friends and family. Amazing fresh tasty food & really attentive service.. super organised & professional as we were a large group. Thanks once again everything😊😆😃
Loved the cosy atmosphere, the music was good, kind of jazzy and not too loud, the food was delish, the service was very quick and the staff attentive.
6 Newmarket Row, Bath BA2 4AN, UK – 01225 460240
Linguine Marinara 3/5 - Too much salt. Lacks the richness of the "garlic and white wine sauce", but the tomato sauce was light and fresh. Though at £12.95 I'd expect much better. Tiramisu 2/5 - Sadly, a cacophony of textures and flavors. The ratio between the cream and sponge was unfortunately off, leaving the balance of taste at odds. The environment was overall pleasant.
Very nice restaurant with great itealian food. The prices are very reasonable especially for the quality of food and the location of the restaurant. Make sure to book on a Saturday as it gets busy !
10 N Parade, Bath BA2 4AL, UK – 01225 330236
Amazing restaurant, going here really made a great day around Bath even greater. The food is amazing (they have specials that are not on the menu, but the staff will tell you all about them). Try the lamb, it was the best medium cooked meat I tasted in a while. And Attila, who looked after us is one really made our stay there better, being patient with us, answering all our questions and really looking after our needs (oh, is your wine glass empty, I'll fill it; oh you're looking around as if you need something, I'll take care of it). Recap: great food, great wine, great service. A must do on your list!
Very attentive wait staff. Perfectly cooked food. Best liver I've ever had. Very generous even on the expensive ingredients. Reasonably priced even for an upscale restaurant. Risotto done to gastronomic perfection.
2 N Parade Passage, Bath BA1 1NX, UK – 01225 446059
Amazing food and great little restaurant. It serves vegetarian food only (and I'm not a vegetarian as it happens). However, I wouldn't consider it just a great vegetarian restaurant it is a great restaurant with no caveat. The food is of a fantastic quality and staff are friendly and relaxed. It's quite a small place but has a good atmosphere. As a Bath resident I consider it one of the best restaurants in Bath and happily recommend to meat eating friends.
Fantastic food. Marvelous music. Dang good drinks. Such a great spot to go for lunch!! With reasonable price.
1 Pierrepont St, Bath BA1 1LB, UK – 01225 420084
Best vegan breakfast I've ever had. Coffee was fantastic as was the service. Interesting decor and good music. Seemed relatively quiet first thing on a Friday and Saturday so we didn't wait long for service. Thoroughly recommend visiting here if you are vegan, vegetarian or like good food.
I'm a vegetarian who eats mainly vegan, been hear before lovely food, well presented but staff are a sandwich short of a picnic, sorry. There's laid back and theres horizontal, when u get the correct food it's brilliant, creative and extremely tasty. Will continue to return as it's a very good venue.
12 Pierrepont St, Bath BA1 1LA, UK – 01225 442299
It may not look fancy from the outside, but this is one of my favourite restaurants in Bath. Set in a cozy basement, the food is delicious (think curry, but more delicate and aromatic), with a great vegetarian offering. And the service is friendly and attentive. There are a number of different seating options - from tables, to bar stools, to floor cushions, to outdoors. The beer choice could do with an update to include a couple of craft options, but that's a small criticism for an otherwise great place.
Nice pork momo and lamb. It was not very spicy even though it was 'hot'. Staff was nice and friendly. Highly recommend this restaurant but not the vegetable main dish we ordered (potato and chickpeas)
5-6 Saw Cl, Bath BA1 1EN, UK – 01225 312341
A simply fantastic wine bar. Large selection by the glass, and some outstanding value items by the bottle as well. Attentive staff, and a good atmosphere.
Great wine variety, amazing cheese boards and charcuterie, good beer and very lovely staff. The fact that they have a spacious terrace makes everything perfect.
15 - 19 George St, Bath BA1 2EN, UK – 01225 585100
Surprisingly expensive for Bath, considering other great cocktail bars in the centre which are cheaper, but a good space and well curated menu. Good for small groups and events
Lovely space, nice vibe. Cocktails a bit pricey compared to other cocktail bars in Bath.
The Vaults, Spring Gardens Rd, Bath BA2 6PJ, UK – 01225 332321
Cool, comfy and cosy. A hidden cavern of old couches to sink into. Generous cocktails. Friendly service.
A real gem tucked away in historical bath. Good luck finding it! This cosy cocktail bar with its nostalgic decor and curiosities will amaze and amuse.
