The team at Practical are brilliant to deal with and made hiring our car so easy. Customer service and support was great and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Cars are virtually new, clean and reliable and costs were so good too. There were no hidden costs looming at the end that we had experienced with other firms. Definitely recommend !
It's the first time I've used Practical in Chippenham. Checked the price of Enterprise and Practical was half their quote. Was expecting something fairly basic but the car was nearly new and in perfect condition. Staff were friendly and helpful along with 2 dogs sitting behind the counter (who we were told were the PR reps). Will definitely use again and highly recommend. Joanna L. (Corsham)

Really pleased with how they fixed a problem with my 4x4, and always use them for my MOT - really good service. They set the standard for other garages to follow!
I has an issue with my 4x4 and no-one else in Chippenham would look at it. Harfords took the time to diagnose the issue and very honestly suggested that it could only be fixed at a main dealer because while replacing the sensor might fix the issue there was no guarantee. I really appreciate the honesty, something which is a rare quality to find nowadays.
