These guys are just great! From booking my car in, to having it fixed, to receiving the reasonable bill at the end, i can never fault the service! Been using them for about 2 years now. They are polite, friendly and really know their stuff. Just had my gear stick fixed by them on a new car a just bought. Very simple fix that they didnt charge me for. How often does a garage have that level of customer care? Do not hesitate to take your old or new car to these guys! you will be recommending to your friends for sure! First garage I've been to where they don't make you feel stupid for knowing nothing about cars. Had something that potentially may need fixing but weren't pushy to try and make a few quid. Would highly recommend.

It was with some reservations that I drove 60 miles from the West Midlands to purchase a car based on the telephone description provided by the proprietor. However on arrival I found the car to be exactly as described and the preparation of the car was par excellence. It was a real pleasure dealing with James and his parents. James is a self confessed perfectionist and a somewhat cursory look over the remainder of his stock and his set up generally certainly seemed to reflect this. His subsequent phone call the next day to ensure we were happy with the car tells its own story.

Recommended. Very easy and helpful to deal with. Offered a fair price P/X. Had a minor problem with the car and true to his word James sorted it with no fuss. He had also ordered a part I did not know was faulty and fitted it.

Tim is exceptionally helpful and professional. I was looking for advice regarding the originality of a painting on a car that I just purchased. After a very detailed inspection he took the time to explain why it was all original painting even though the uniformity of the paint thickness was slightly less than expected. It was a big relief for me and he didn’t charge me a penny. Will definitely go back if I need any bodywork done.

Repaired body work and fixed the positioning of my bumper after a bump, looks good as new and was a quick turnaround. Really recommend!

The car was good, the service was good. When it came to insuring against the excess they upsold tyre insurance without discussing it with me. It seemed slightly sharp practice and not cheap. Given the remoteness of the likelihood I could not understand why it wasn't included. Spoilt an otherwise excellent experience.

Bryan came out to my home early as I had to be away before 9am, cut, programmed and tested a new spare key for my Honda Civic, which by the way are way more complex than I expected, and was all done in 45 minutes. Added satisfaction by lubricating my exterior lock as it doesn't get used much and sent me an invoice by email. I've taken one star off as there was a double booking the previous day, which caused me a bit of a problem, but Bryan did his best to make amends by coming out the next morning. Recommended.

I called and the man arrived very quickly with his tools and got me into the car within 5 mins! So pleased! A good price too considering it was bank holiday! He can also do me a spare key for a fraction of the cost of the BMW dealer quote! Outstanding! Thank You!
