These guys are just great! From booking my car in, to having it fixed, to receiving the reasonable bill at the end, i can never fault the service! Been using them for about 2 years now. They are polite, friendly and really know their stuff. Just had my gear stick fixed by them on a new car a just bought. Very simple fix that they didnt charge me for. How often does a garage have that level of customer care? Do not hesitate to take your old or new car to these guys! you will be recommending to your friends for sure! The car was good, the service was good. When it came to insuring against the excess they upsold tyre insurance without discussing it with me. It seemed slightly sharp practice and not cheap. Given the remoteness of the likelihood I could not understand why it wasn't included. Spoilt an otherwise excellent experience.

We were having problems with condensation in our home and wanted fans installed to alleviate the problem. I contacted a few companies and Elite Electrical was the only company who was able to help. Chris gave good professional advice and recommendations to help us decide on the most effective and cost efficient fans. He took time to research other solutions to solving the condensation which he would not benefit from. Nothing was too much trouble. Chris was punctual, reliable, hard working, polite and friendly. I am thoroughly pleased with the work carried out and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. I would definitely return to Elite Electrical for any future electrical work required in our home.
I am loathe to recommend Chris because it might mean he is too busy to work for me in the future. He is excellent.
