The staff are nice and will always try to help you. Unfortunately the lines can be long but the prices of the games and DVDs are very good. The tech (phones, computers etc) is quite expensive though. Everything is covered by a warranty though and they do tend to hold up their end.
Bought a mobile phone from them and after charging it all night it wouldn't let me make calls texts and wouldn't let me use the Internet I'm on a contract so those things shouldn't be a problem anyway the staff didn't at any point suggest that I must have done something instead they connected it to a laptop and checked everything, then told me that the person they bought the pne from had reported it lost/stolen staff excelled in all departments thanx C.E.X.
