Very considerate of cats, waiting room is seperateted between cat corner and a doggy area which was very good as my 9 week old kitten was scared about his first trip to the vet. Very cat friendly. Very happy with lovely, friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Due to illness & old age I have had both of my rabbits put to sleep here. Both times the staff have been very compassionate and understanding that your pet is part of your family and when the time comes for you to say goodbye it is never easy. When I had my first rabbit put down I was too upset to pay my invoice there and then, they sent me the invoice by post but instead of putting "anaesthetic" as the description like previous vets have done, they put "Casper to rest." About a week ago I had my other rabbit put to sleep, I was so touched to find that they had sent me a hand written card saying "sorry for your loss of your pet rabbit mitzy" those personal touches was so lovely and that is why I would recommend Garden veterinary group - Chippenham.
