All three of my children were lucky enough to attend Foxmoor Primary School

Severn view primary academy is a vibrant, colourful school full to the brim of exquisite teachers and wonderful children. It is run by a head teacher who not only has a huge amount of experience but also who cares deeply for the children, the Stroud community and her staff. The school, which was taken over by the new head teacher when the future longevity of the academy was in question, has come along in leaps and bounds! It's even on a good school guide! Severn view academy is a school that cherishes the child as an individual and their learning journey. Do not hesitate in sending your children to this school.
When I first became aware of Severn View Academy, it was in the bottom ten percent of all English Primary schools for its results, it is now in the top ten percent. What a change, all due to the continued support of a consistent, dedicated and knowledgeable staff who want the best education for all of the pupils. The children are lovely and enthusiastic to learn, not surprising given the wonderful opportunities they are given such as the Sow and Grow scheme, outdoor learning at its best and Fantastic Friday's, that allow them to try lots of different sporting, musical and art activities. I wish my children were young enough to go as I would have no hesitation in sending them. A visit to the school by prospective parents would confirm my views I am sure, go and see for yourself!

Today, with my business Immersive Theatres, I delivered a 7m digital planetarium experience to 45 Year 7 pupils at Stroud High School. I was warmly welcomed by the staff and found the hall prepared just as I had requested - plus I was brought very welcome refreshment on a very hot day. The afternoon was well organised with the group arriving on time. The excited but well-behaved students enjoyed a rich selection of content: peering up at the planetarium night sky, flying through the rings of Saturn, travelling to the Galapagos with Charles Darwin and pondering the question why we find Nature and the Universe so beautiful. Thank you Stroud High School for a very pleasant visit.
A good school, my daughter loves it there.
